PE 162 - First Aid and Emergency Response (3) Prerequisite: None fall, spring
Lecture: Three hours of lecture/discussion per week.
Prepares the student for administering basic first aid; and adult, child, and infant cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Incorporates personal safety and accident prevention information as part of first aid. Upon successful completion of the course, the student will receive American Red Cross (ARC) certification in Responding to Emergencies and Community CPR.
