PE 140 - Fitness Training I (1) Prerequisite: None fall, spring
Lab: Two hours of open lab per week.
Provides a personal fitness program utilizing cardiovascular and resistance exercise equipment. Individualized exercise programs will be developed based on the results of physiological assessments. Participation in the Fitness Center provides the student with the opportunity to increase cardiovascular efficiency, improve muscle tone, and decrease body fat.
