CRJ 221 - Constitutional Law for Police (3) Prerequisite: None fall
Lecture: Three hours of lecture/discussion per week.
Intensive study and analysis of the Constitution of the United States and court decisions which interpret the Constitution. Emphasis on court decisions which determine the admissibility of evidence in criminal cases and which affect police procedures.
