HUM 213 - Leadership Through the Humanities (3)


Prerequisite: None

Lecture: 3 hours of lecture/discussion per week.

A course focusing on the development of leadership ability. The course provides a basic understanding of leadership and group dynamics theory and assists the participant in developing a personal philosophy of leadership, an awareness of the moral and ethical responsibilities of leadership, and an awareness of one’s own ability and style of leadership. This course also provides the opportunity to develop essential leadership skills through study and observation of the application of these skills.
