ABE 034 - Bridge To Career Pathways (3)

Lecture: Five hours lecture/discussion per week for eight weeks.

Bridge to Career Pathways will assist adult learners in the process of choosing a career, changing careers, or selecting an educational concentration. The purpose is to help learners explore careers and make smart decisions about their career plans early on in their training and experience, instead of investing precious time and resources in an educational program that does not match their skills, values, interests or needs. It will integrate basic skills, workforce preparation and career development which includes transition services to assist ABE/ASE/ESL students who are love intermediate or above in assessment (Level NRS 4, grade level 6 or higher).
