Introduces the Army Profession, Professional Competence, Adaptability, Teamwork, Lifelong Learning, and Comprehensive Fitness. Focus on developing basic knowledge and comprehension of Army leadership dimensions, attributes and core leader competencies while gaining an understanding of the Reserve Officer Training Corps Program, its purpose in the Army, and its advantages.
