HUM 215 - Black Cinema (3)

Lecture: Three hours of lecture/discussion per week.

This course is designed to introduce students to Black cinema and filmmakers of the twentieth century. A historical overview will examine the treatment of Black themes, issues and characterizations by various filmmakers.
